Products will be sold to UK registered companies only.

Payment is due on despatch by debit or credit card. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Delta, Maestro, Switch.

The seller assumes responsibility only for the uniformity of its products within the usual manufacturing tolerances. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the suitability of the seller’s products for its purposes. There is no guarantee, warranty, term or condition whether express or implied by statue common law negotiation conduct or by way of collateral bargain or otherwise that any of the seller’s products is suitable for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to the seller and even though it may be and neither shall there be any such guarantee warranty, term or condition as to quality or correspondence with description; all recommendations technical advice and assistance are given without charge and the seller assumes no obligation or liability for any such recommendations advice or assistance and the same are not to be taken as a licence to operate under or to suggest infringement of any existing patent. In no circumstances is the seller to be liable for loss or damage of any kind whether to person or property or otherwise howsoever caused.

If the buyer shall fail to make any payment when due or enters into any arrangement with its creditors or commits any act of bankruptcy or if any petition or receiving order shall be presented or made being a limited company enters into liquidation of if a Receiver of any part of assets of the buyer is appointed or if there shall be any breach by the buyer of any terms or conditions hereof then the seller may without prejudice to its other rights and remedies cancel any further deliveries and this contract.

All prices are listed in £ Sterling excluding Value Added Tax. VAT is charged at UK standard rate of 17.5% and will be added to orders at the checkout.

The seller reserves the right at any time before delivery to increase the price of the products if there is at any time after the date of the of the buyer’s order any increase in labour or materials cost incurred by the seller.

Receipt of the buyer’s order will be confirmed by e-mail to the address supplied. Once the order has been despatched, the seller will inform the buyer by email.

Delivery times are stated against each product. Every effort will be made to deliver goods to the buyer in these timescales, however in the event of longer lead times, the buyer will be contacted by e-mail to the address supplied to confirm the new delivery date. Any time or date given by the seller for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and no liability shall arise in respect of any loss or damage directly or indirectly out of any delay in delivery.

In frosty weather, the seller may delay the despatch of the products or any part thereof unless the buyer at its risk otherwise instructs.

The buyer may cancel the order any time up to the point of despatch by notifying the seller by email or telephone.

The buyer has the right to return any unwanted items to the seller within 7 working days after receipt of the items. Any unwanted products are not to be returned to the seller without prior written permission. All items are returned at the buyer’s expense and must be in the original, unused condition. The seller cannot accept items that have been opened, damaged or cannot be re-sold. When returning items, the buyer is strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. The seller shall not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Payments made by the buyer will be refunded in full minus delivery charges within 30 days.

In the event of an item being damaged, faulty or incorrect on delivery, the seller will replace or refund the purchase price provided notice is given to the seller within 3 working days of receipt of the item.

Any products under complaint are not to be returned by the buyer without prior arrangement of the seller and the buyer shall permit an appropriate investigation.

Force Majeure

Should the seller be delayed in or prevented from making delivery owing to any cause whatsoever beyond the seller’s control or by reason of any strike, lock out, break down of plant then the seller shall be at liberty to cancel or suspend this contract without incurring any liability for loss or damage which may result.
